Well Bolinas has finally returned to its more familiar self as the last little bit of the Hurricane Marie swell has died off. Bring all your biggest logs today as waves are back to that knee to thigh range all around. Air temps are at 59F and bound to heat up as the sun is already out and showering us with its rays. The wind is still as of now and sheets of glass encase our bay. Crowds are already starting to form as we start the morning, so get here before the parking is gone and the beach is packed like sardines. Bring your sunscreen and come have some fun.
CHANNEL: Small waves breaking in the knee to thigh high range as a handful of logs are riding and gliding in front of the groin pole. Over on Seadrift it is the same story minus the crowd. Fun waves all around that should only get better later in the morning and mid afternoon with the tide. In front of the boat ramp a few small waves are breaking and a few guys are out having fun getting slammed in the shorebreak. Whatever your choice is today, it'll be the right one.
PATCH: Small rollers making their way through today from the way outside and once breaking, are in the knee high range. About 4 logs enjoying their morning meditation and occasional ride. Longer to longest boards will be key today.
