Daily Surf Report - 8/4/2014

Inspirational crystal quote of the day:
"No such thing as a dry run." - Sam "The Young Buck" Jepson

Another typical bobo morning as the fog is thick and low and the air is damp and slightly misting. Peaceful and serene as we kick off this monday morning. Temps are at 58F and bound to stay in the low 60s today as it is looking to be a carbon copy of yesterday. Swell is weak as not much is pushing through this morning in either spot. Once the tide shifts later today expect conditions to pick up and improve with the incoming tide.

CHANNEL:  There's a bit of texture as south winds prevailed through the night. Outgoing tide isn't helping with surface conditions, though once it shifts it should be a bit glassier. Small peaks in the ankle range are breaking in front of the groin pole and over on the seadrift side. One log out as of now sitting a bit too far out. Wait for the tide to shift before we see anything improve in both size and texture.

PATCH: Small waves in the knee high range are rolling in infrequently as one log and one SUP try their luck here this morning. Once again, wait for the tide to shift before anything picks up here.
