Daily Surf Report - 5/16/2013

Now rocking our SUMMER HOURS and open daily from 9am - 6pm.

Sunny and warm afternoon with temp up to 73F.  Surf does remain small but more water has helped slightly.  Marginal conditions at best.

Calm, overcast and mild with a morning temp of 58F.  A few puffs of wind here and there and fog ringing the coast.  Maybe some sun today or not.  Very little out in the ocean to produce waves.  Local N windswell and a dying, and already small S swell.  Still have low tides and not much in terms of waves this morning.

CHANNEL: Low tide still going lower for another 2 hours.  Knee high grinders across the Groin bar.  Not sure if is actually surfable.  No takers at this time.  Much more water and swell are required.

PATCH: Empty lineup.  Not even a SUP in sight.  Most all rocks exposed this morning and tide still heading lower for a bit.  Flat as can be right now.  No swell and no waves rolling through yet.

PACK IT IN, PACK IT OUT. Respect the Beach.

HIGH: 3:44 am   4.6'

LOW:  10:32 am  0.2'
