Daily Surf Report - 8/16/2011

Good morning,

And yes it looks grey, and grey is at least neutral right? So yes, a little overcast with no wind, but some ridable waves are wanting to manifest in the channel. With a little more tide I am sure they will come to. With a little pressure as well, we could see the sun today, very possible that it will break through before the end of the day.
Check back for sunny updates.

Channel: Waves breaking in the knee to thigh high range.
Currently bottomed out tides, with rising everything.
No one out yet.

Patch: Crumbling sets out the middle, in the knee high zone, very big board required, but ridable....

Limited Edition Surf Art posters now available in the shop. Numbered and signed by Sonoma County surer/artist/historian. Get em while they last!

Just a reminder to pack your trash!!! PACK IT IN, PACK IT OUT. Respect the Beach.

Tides:
Low: 7:31 am 0.7'
High: 2:16 pm 5.4'
Low: 8:00 pm 1.7'
