Daily Surf Report - 3/18/2013

ATTENTION EARTHLINGS! 2-Mile will be closing early today but will reopen tomorrow morning at it's usual time of 10AM.

Goodmorning riders of planks, logs and buffing equipment! It's a wonderful morning here at the beach with sunny skies at 46 degrees (that'll warm up soon enough) not a breath of wind with glassy but....well...flat-ish conditions. The tide is on her way out and everything is exposed here just like the nudists used to be over by the Patch back in the day. We'll have to wait and see with the tide turn-around later in the day. If there is a change I'll be sure to holla' back right here. Good day to cruise the SUP around and explore in the sun.

CHANNEL: I just wished that my plumbing at home drained this well! Lagoon has the express lane to the open sea operating right now. Couple that with the soon-to-be-exposed sand bar and miniscule slurping bump of a wave there and it seems that this would be a good time to get that laundry done or continue to snooze that Irish flu away until the tide turns later today. No one out right now... as if that wasn't already implied.

PATCH: The Ding Trolls (aka: Rocks) are yawning awake to greet a new day as the tide is low, low, low and getting lower. Glassy but no real anything to ride here. Maybe later? Great morning for a cruise on the S.S. Janitorial SUP. No one here either.

PACK IT IN, PACK IT OUT. Respect the Beach.

TIDES:

HIGH: 4:18 am 5.1'

LOW: 11:21 am 0.8'
