Daily Surf Report - 4/4/2014

Inspirational crystal quote of the day:
“Have a heart that never hardens, a temper that never tires, and a touch that never hurts.” - Charles Dickens

Just has a decent bout of rain showers but sun is starting to peek through and things are super calm here now.  Windless and 51F with nice weather and warm temps predicted through the weekend.   Find your inner black hole today.  Operate inside your personal void.  Seek nothing and don't ask WHY?  Remain outside your body and look down upon yourself with wonder.  Take this approach to the surf as well.  Have a positive attitude and enhance your experience with imagination.  Find an oasis in the desert of emptiness.  Overall not much happening in the ocean this morning.

CHANNEL:  Approaching low tide and there is plenty of beach for romping dogs and walkers of all sorts today.  Not much swell and even less water is combining to make this spot ankle high and shapeless currently.  More water and some swell is needed to get things moving in a positive direction but it is a beautiful morning and there are opportunities to enjoy the day if you want to.  See the glass as 1/2 full - or at least 1/4 full.

PATCH:  Flat.  Rocky.  Empty.  This is no place to surf this morning Flounder.

PACK IT IN, PACK IT OUT.
Respect the Beach.

TIDES:

LOW: 9:41 am 0.2'

HIGH: 4:56 pm 4.3'

LOW: 9:48 pm 2.5'
