Daily Surf Report - 10/3/2012

Goodmorning to all of you hydrodynamic operators! The third day of the month finds us with a slightly decreasing swell, yet there is still something out there to be had. As it is sunny and currently 56 degrees, it will heat up like a 1960 Chrysler Imperial with the windows rolled up on a Sacramento August day, so I don't see why one wouldn't have a fine day at the beach. Just remember; Sun Block!

CHANNEL: Right now the Channel is at about thigh to occasional waist high rollers. It looks to be working primarily on the Middle Bar. Maybe when the tide comes up so will the wave height. Three cowboys working on their bull riding skills in that particular corral right now. Get on your steed and ride! Yee-haw!

PATCH: The Patch is being very surprising this morning as it's out performing it's cousin the Channel (!) as it's producing waist+ undulations all over the place. Inside, outside, the Snags, Green/Africa et al. Glassy, sunny and rolling along like a skid row bum who just found a winning Lotto ticket. Ten humanoids on Logs and SUP's just layin' back, relaxin' and diggin' themselves. Procure a log and roll, homie.

Just a reminder to pack your trash!!!
PACK IT IN, PACK IT OUT. Respect the Beach.
