Daily Surf Report - 10/20/2012

Good morning surfers and water dwelling mammals. We've got some low level foggyness with sun slipping through from time to time, hopefully it will burn off soon. Pretty mild mannered morning, not as warm as the past few days, but a little calm offshore wind is coming and going, with a smooth ocean surface and teeny tiny waves rippling through towards shore. Longboards and Lager Loggers the call today, great for beginners and other surfers shirking their satruday morning responsibilities and morning cartoons. Eat your wheaties and get out there.

CHANNEL: six longboarders on it, riding and gliding the knee to thigh high lefts off the groin pole. Not much else offering itself up right now, but maybe we will see improvement if a magical swell rumbles in...things will get swampy this afternoon with the high tide.

PATCH: no one out currently but I did see some screaming shin crunching ankle mashing cylinders reeling through the inside patch. If you nail two longboards together I bet you could get one stellar layback lawn chair glide out there!

Just a reminder to pack your trash!!!
PACK IT IN, PACK IT OUT. Respect the Beach.
