Daily Surf Report - 10/15/2012

We are CLOSED today but will re-open on Tuesday at 9am. Sorry for any inconvenience.

A shroud of mist and fog is lingering over town right now, leaving the hint of the rising sun afterglow and glassy ocean conditions. Lot's of little ocean piggies and sea horses frolicking in the mornin' seaweed dew. Air temp about 56 degrees and no nihilists in sight...lot's of glassy ankle destroyers though, and maybe even some shipstern knee crunchers, smoke'em if you got'em.

CHANNEL: about 15 surfers out in some knee to thigh high uber glass logjammin' goodness, tide is super full, hopefully a little less water later will give the slammin' grinders a little more juice. Take out your fins and slip and slide your banana peel boards on the crystalline captain's orders.

PATCH: around 5 logjammer's gliding on knee high plus surf out in the patch, and several sweepers keeping it glassy. Grab two longboards and glue them together and paddle out on a cruise ship, take in the sights, snap a photo and a big drop knee cutty and wait for the clams to come home.

Just a reminder to pack your trash!!!
PACK IT IN, PACK IT OUT. Respect the Beach.

LOW: 5:17 am 1.4'

HIGH: 11:43 am 6.4'

LOW: 6:02 pm -0.6'
