Daily Surf Report - 4/6/2017

Inspirational Quote of the Day:
"If you can believe it, the mind can achieve it." - Ronnie Lott

Selective and sporadic rain falls though not the heavy stuff for now.  Some associated S winds but not enough to keep stoke seekers away as a solid NW swell emerges and is lightly backed by a light SW pulse.  Temps hover at 50F and skies are misted over and clouded.  Neither glamorous nor glorious out but not uninviting either.

CHANNEL: An amorphous pod hovers and hangs in anticipation.  As deeper tides arrive the Channel bar is where the group attempts their efforts.  Shuffling and shuttling along trying to align with the rhythm of the sea.  When it comes it contains surface texture and roams waist high and above.

PATCH:  Buffeted by winds and having the SW swell knocked down and out, it is currently the operational region of kayaks and surf casters.  Not sure either is having the best of luck at the moment.

PACK IT IN.  PACK IT OUT.
