Daily Surf Report - 4/17/2017

Inspirational Quote of the Day:
"As long as there is coffee in the world, how bad can things be?" - Cassandra Clare

Post egg hunt wave search likely yielding better results as we still have NW + SW swell mixtures and no winds or rain at present.  Wet, overcast, grey and dreamy with air temps matching water at 54FNot a day for basking in the sun but certainly a day worth looking at the option of some slides and stoke.

CHANNEL: Undefined and unrefined with limited options for long rides but enough bump and roll to lure a pack of 8 into the sea.  Shifted more along towards the boat ramp with aspects and objects weilding watery washings to those venturing to gainStill sloppy but not stormy and generally smoothing in the lack of wind.  Thigh high + or better with overall shape being poor.

PATCH:  A scattering and smattering of peaks and population with SUPs and loggers co-mingling easily.  Low tide approaching and starting to both reveal rocks and push waves out farther.  Enough to pique interest and potential unlimited.
