Daily Surf Report - 4/14/2017

Inspirational Quote of the Day:
"Make the most of the best and the least of the worst." - Robert Louis Stevenson

Supremely settled as the weather now takes a Jekyll turn for the pleasant.  Chilled out and down to 41F with sunny clear skies and very light NE winds.  Ripe with prospects and the hunt is on.  Peaking NW swell searching for adequate water levels upon which to bestow some goodness while a small but longer period S piggybacks along for the ride.  Everything feels fleeting so seize the moment before it passes.

CHANNEL: Another early morning low tide situation to contend with as we hit dead low and hover.  More swell in the water shows the promise in the shallows but a true rideable wave will need to be sought out across the pond in the Seadrift territory.  Afternoon tides rise to a respectable level and should bring more waves and people overall.

PATCH:  An amalgamation of influences has brought both sunshine and slides in varying quantitiesGlossy faces reflecting the beams above and transmitting a measure of stoke to those in the pool.  Scattered but no matter as it keeps the field spread across an uneven range.  Log rider waves in the thigh to waist high region can be obtained and the incoming tide should delve to improve things in a general sense.
