Daily Surf Report - 6/26/2012

Bolinas is in water conservation mode and neither the beach nor the shop has showers for rinsing. You can now purchase a re-usable 2.5 gallon water heater jug from the shop or bring your own. A great accessory for the traveling surfer.

It is sunny here today at the beach and it promises to heat up a little more as well. Currently it's 55 degrees but should hit about 70+ today! Teeny, fading swell with some teeny lefts tumbling along the sandbars in the Channel. There is a slight off shore blowing now with just a kiss of texture on the water and holding the teeny waves up. Word(s) for the day; Teeny waves = Big Log.

Channel: A thigh high left is almost midway between the Groin pole and the boat ramp. the tide is going out and that pesky sand bar, coupled with the emptying lagoon make it a bit of a tough go BUT you can do it on a log.

Patch: Nope. Below ankle sputtering into the exposed rocks. We may see some improvement at this location later in the day when the tide comes back up?

Just a reminder to pack your trash!!! PACK IT IN, PACK IT OUT. Respect the Beach.

TIDES:
Low: 4;46 am 4.2'
High: 10:45am 0.8'
Low: 5:56pm 5.6'
