Daily Surf Report - 6/18/2012

Good morning, Campers! It's overcast and a bit gloomy here at the beach this morning. The surf, unbelievable as it may be, is STILL small and there is a bit of texture on the water as again the wind has turned south. There is a bit of a bump coming through the Channel in the hip-to-occasional-waist high range but is does section a bit. Patience is the word this morning.
With the incoming tide I bet it gets a bit better later today. As of now, no one is in the water with the exception of two fishermen with four lines in the H2O at the Groin.

Channel: Wind bowl peaks with incoming tide giving us a hope for improvement. Longboards are the call to cut through the chop slop. There is a little swell pushing through. Imagine knee to thigh high. Afternoon / evening glass off has been worth the wait.

Patch: Not much right now. Just over ankle on the inside right in front of the exposed rocks. Maybe later.....?

Just a reminder to pack your trash!!! PACK IT IN, PACK IT OUT. Respect the Beach.

TIDES:
Low: 5:46am -0.6'
High: 1:03pm 4.4'
Low: 5:20pm 2.8'
High: 11:19pm 6.0'
