Daily Surf Report - 1/20/2011

Beautiful Bolinas morning with sunny skies and a few wispy clouds. Current temp is 47F and high is predicted at 68F. Fairly stiff offshore breeze. Surf has come done a notch as we wait for the next swell hit to arrive this weekend.

Patch: 3 surfers out catching rights that are waist high and smooth. Waves are breaking mid-way out due to the filling in tide. Longboards only for the Patch.

Channel/Groin: 4 surfers out catching mostly rights due to the westerly swell direction. Size is waist - chest high and a little bigger on the sets. There are a few lefts mid Channel and Seadrift waves as well.

We have new locally shaped Hand Planes in the shop made from recycled skateboards. Pair it with a set of Churchill fins and you will always have a smile on your face after your session. Each plane is unique and has individual signed artwork. Come by the shop and check them out. Makes a great gift for the surfer in the family.

Also re-stocked our custom board bags from Deeper Visions. Hand-made by a local Bolinas artist. A perfect way to store your board and all are one of a kind.

Just a reminder to pack your trash!!! PACK IT IN, PACK IT OUT. Respect the Beach.
