Daily Surf Report - 1/14/2011

Sun has broken through and we have a beautiful morning with patches of fog, very light offshore wind and current temp of 49F. Slight warming weather trend predicted with highs in the 60s through the weekend. Little bit of swell showing in town today and there are about a dozen surfers in the water.

Channel and Groin: Rideable surf in the waist high + size. Ocean surface has a little texture but is mostly smooth. Lefts off the Channel bar and the Mali-Bo right is working as well.

Patch: Showing signs of life with waves in the thigh to waist high range. Breaking middle / inside with mostly rights for the surfers and SUPs.

We have new locally shaped Hand Planes in the shop made from recycled skateboards. Pair it with a set of Churchill fins and you will always have a smile on your face after your session. Each plane is unique and has individual signed artwork. Come by the shop and check them out. Makes a great gift for the surfer in the family.

Also re-stocked our custom board bags from Deeper Visions. Hand-made by a local Bolinas artist. A perfect way to store your board and all are one of a kind.

Just a reminder to pack your trash!!! PACK IT IN, PACK IT OUT. Respect the Beach.
