Daily Surf Report - 8/20/2010

Morning overcast and misty but not as much fog or drizzle today. Sun has been coming out in the early afternoon and the days have been nice. Temps are currently mild and wind non existent. Ocean surface is smooth and glassy.

The Channel / Groin has improved surf that is very smooth and rideable in the thigh to waist high range. Longboards are working best but a fish could work on the inside Mali-BO section. The Patch is currently flat but may have waves later when the tide fills in.

Just a reminder to pack your trash!!! PACK IT IN, PACK IT OUT. Respect the Beach.

Tides:
High - 10:49 am 4.7'
Low - 3:23 pm 2.9'
High - 9:23 pm 6.0'

We are now open daily from 9am - 6pm for our summer hours through October. Come out to rent if you need gear. We have a full selection of suits, boots, boards and SUPs to rent every day and are only 522 steps to the beach.

Come by the shop to view our new Fall inventory of boards and wetsuits. We just re-stocked the rack with everything from fishes to classic longboards and hooded wetsuits for men and women. Check out our new run of clothing as well from Ando & Friends, HippyTree, Carve and Singlefin.
