Daily Surf Report - 12/26/2014

Inspirational crystal quote of the day:
"People don't notice whether it's winter or summer when they're happy." - Anton Chekhov

Frisky and frosty morning conditions as temp pops in at 38F.  Crystalline covered hills with full sunshine bursting through.  A grandiose day in many aspects.  Fully fading NW swell and just a whisper of S in the water giving us glorious micro-sliderish conditions today.  Winds are offshore and today looks like a great day to get out and about and enjoy the holiday time off.  Waves are like presents from the ocean and should be enjoyed to their fullest capacity.

CHANNEL:  Offshore spray and 2' waves mark the day.  Tide is low and lots of beach is visible and accessible which has been a rare sight.  Groin bar waves working sliding left and holding up a bit with the help of the wind.  Looking good for longboards right now and incoming tides may push things to new levels.  Show reverence for the offerings and take part in the fun.

PATCH:  Ankle breakers and knee shakers of the variety popular to the Patch.  Hints of S swell may be a Santa delivery and waves to ride are available to the log jam sect.  Sunny with superb scenery here as well and the incoming tide won't hurt a bit.

PACK IT IN. PACK IT OUT.
