Daily Surf Report - 12/08/2014

Inspirational crystal quote of the day:
"My optimism wears heavy boots and is loud." - Henry Rollins

Greet the morning my friends, as we have clearing skies, moderate winds, and 60 degrees in our corner of paradise. Though conditions are far from ideal, there are more options than in days previous. Though the water remains on the high side, it is not limiting access and allowing the brave and brazen to enjoy some quiet time amongst the ducks and thigh to waist high sliders.

CHANNEL:  To reiterate, the channel is miles away from what she is capable of, but there is a solitary soul enjoying her company this A.M.. The tide has diminished somewhat and is allowing a few respectable rides to be had. If it's more about time in the water with a select few and the spirits, and less about wave size or quality, today could be for you. Worth noting, however, is the approaching system that should bring favorable conditions, although only just before poor weather. Keep an eye on the horizon....and on the tides....

PATCH:  Mellow with wind conditions not playing to the Patch's strength's. SUP's rule Bartertown and unless Max stages a dramatic rescue, this may be the case for the remainder of the day.

PACK IT IN. PACK IT OUT.
