Daily Surf Report - 12/15/2014

Inspirational crystal quote of the day:
"Face the facts of being what you are, for that is what changes what you are." - Soren Kierkegaard

It is indeed time to face facts and with a chilly 52 degrees, a steady and persistent rain, and cross winds upwards of 20 MPH, those facts to not paint a pretty picture if wave sliding was on the agenda for today. Mid-level tides creating a silty stew of the boat ramp, with entrance and exit proving difficult this morning. Not even the strongest of the strange are attempting a session under these conditions....

CHANNEL:  Where so many of us seek peace, this morning finds only choppy chaos. As the tides recede, things don't look to improve. Waist-to-chest high on occasion, but largely inaccessible.

PATCH:  Slightly better situation in the patch this morning, but again, access in the primary concern. Some sliding may be had later this afternoon, but the zephyrs would have to calm considerably. Finish baking the holiday cookies and cakes my friends, as today is without much promise.

PACK IT IN. PACK IT OUT.
