Daily Surf Report - 2/7/2014

Inspirational crystal quote of the day:
“If you can't explain it simply, you don't understand it well enough.” - Albert Einstein

Bleary and dreary morning with rain that is heavy at times, light at times and definitely wet and wild with winds.  Expected downpours with significant rail totals through the weekend.  S winds on it now and no real groundswell to speak of.  Just micro-peaks of tattered windswell for your non-surfing enjoyment.  It is 52F and overcast.  Limited business hours will be in effect if inclement weather continues.  Still a great time to browse the selection of new and used boards in the shop, or grab a good book, some crystals and find a dry cozy spot to hunker down.

CHANNEL:  Sloppy and small like Pig Pen.  Foamy whitewater in the knee high range but not really waves just wind whipped slop.  Empty lineup currently.

PATCH:  See above and repeat.  Small and messy.

PACK IT IN, PACK IT OUT.
Respect the Beach.
