Rain overnight but clear and sunny again this morning.  No clouds, no wind and temps have warmed up to 39F already.  Crisp and clear and beautiful days await us.  There are hot spots, cold spots, wet spots, dry spots, icy spots, bright spots, dark spots, foxes and squirrels out and about.  Take it slow, keep it classy, calm and collected on the drive out and enjoy this fine day.  Ocean remains small but getting waves remains a possibility.  Smoothness and small lumps appear from the depths and some can be ridden if your board is long, your mind is clear and your heart is pure.  Pull out your micro-slider equipment and put your happy pants on today for optimum pleasure.

 

CHANNEL: Peaks continue popping up and fizzling out after short excursions towards shore.  Small knee high bumps that will let big logs in and keep all others out.  That little Groin left and inside Channel right has got enough push that rides are happening but not too often.  You can get it if you really want it so make like Jimmy Cliff and find your groove at the beach today.  Tide just hit low and will start to fill in - couldn't hurt conditions to have a bit more push.  Time will tell but come on over and get weird today in our pond.

 

 

PATCH: A whisper, a hint and glance of small waves.  Just very small touch of S swell piques your interest about every 20 mins.  Mostly remains very small with inside rights at the Snags.  Size runs ankle to calf at this time.  The waves are rideable for the single-fin crew so keep one eye open towards this area as more water will help.  Some rocks exposed now but will soon be covered up.  SUPs and kayaks are welcome here and the lineup is currently empty.
