Daily Surf Report - 12/4/2013

ATTENTION... We will be closing early today but will re-open tomorrow morning at 10AM.

Inspirational crystal quote of the day:
“Tell me and I forget. Teach me and I remember. Involve me and I learn." - Benjamin Franklin

Good morning to all of you kings, queens, kooks and barneys! It's a beautiful but cold day here at the beach this 'morn. Even though the sun is out it's riding low & slow in the sky like a slammed, skirted, metallic baby blue 1946 Chevy Fleetline with La Vigen de Guadalupe airbrushed on the hood. Orale, ese! The temperature is clocking in at an amazingly cold 39 degrees (yup. You read that correctly). However, not a cloud in the sky, a bit of an off-shore breeze and vaguely any surf but, it just is what it is. Any changes we deem report worthy it will most certainly happen here... if not, it won't.

CHANNEL: An occasional waist high grumbler sort of belches across the inside middle bar but with the incoming, heavier than a Sumo wrestler tide it's almost non-existent. Two (2) longboards are out there now trying to vainly set up a ride but being in the middle of the channel as this monstrous tide is coming in it looks more like a paddle session with the, "one step forward, ten steps back." Ugh.

PATCH: Fah-lat!
