Daily Surf Report - 9/11/2010

Good morning. We have a little bit of ground level fog in town but the sun is out and the coast is rapidly clearing with lots of blue sky already. Temps are cool and there is no wind. Should be a nice beach day today.

Low tide is causing surf that is currently small. The Channel shows mostly knee high + waves. When working the left is rideable to the inside Groin on a longboard. There are also some small rights on the Seadrift side. The Patch is currently flat, and may improve with incoming tide during the late morning or afternoon. It is longboards only today.

Just a reminder to pack your trash!!! PACK IT IN, PACK IT OUT. Respect the Beach.

Tides:
Low - 7:44 am 1.4'
High - 2:15 pm 6.5'
Low - 8:37 pm -0.1'

We are now open daily from 9am - 6pm for our summer hours through October. Come out to rent if you need gear. We have a full selection of suits, boots, boards and SUPs to rent every day and are only 522 steps to the beach.

Come by the shop to view our new Fall inventory of boards and wetsuits. We just re-stocked the rack with everything from fishes to classic longboards and hooded wetsuits, booties and gloves for men and women. Check out our new run of clothing as well from Jack's Happy, Ando & Friends, HippyTree, Carve and Singlefin.
