Daily Surf Report - 1/9/2016

Inspirational Quote Of The Day:
"Let your soul stand cool and composed before a million universes." - Walt Whitman

Wet and wild as wind whipped terrain casts stark and bleak shadows. Perma-mist fills the air and sea-spray hiss adds to the milieu.  A hearty helping of swell still remains though far from inviting under current circumstances.  A day full of promises unkept and destinations unmet.

CHANNEL:  Howling winds from the S and stratospheric filaments of rain sweep down from above to spoil the party.  Not organized or easily accessible and leaving little to the imaginationOut in front of the Boat Ramp remains a maelstrom as well with hopeful sliders dodging gusts and gales as they attempt to find a glimmer of positivity in the early hours.

PATCH:  A broken seascape mauled by wind causes most to avert their eyes as if witnessing a crime.  Churned and choppy with little semblance of surf and devoid of humans.  A cautious and careful approach if any is warranted today.
