NW swell of a decent size, no wind and a temp of 57F get things off to a positive start. Skies now streaky with Cumulus clouds and tinted pink and red. A beautiful morning giving way to a positive day. Serenity is where you find it and available NOW.
CHANNEL:
Dropped in size but holding shape and waist high grinders peel off the Groin bar and reel towards shore. A touch low tide in the early morning but already filling in and giving some push to the current pulse. Best on a longboard yet some youthful shortboarders worked the inside sections before school. Get a few this morning if you can as the water is warm and the ocean is glassy.
PATCH: Waist high and shifty but worth chasing down. NW swell angle has is working in a few spots on the outside area. Size running waist high or better. Smoothness prevails and racy and whomping on the inside. Ladies Lefts is breaking off a little slide piece today so plenty to choose from on this glistening morning of goodness. Low tide still has rocks covered but they lurk beneath so watch your tootsies and exit early when possible.
