Daily Surf Report - 10/8/2013

Inspirational crystal quote of the day:
"There is no devil...it's just God when he's drunk." - Tom Waits

Greetings all! It's another beautiful dia aqui en la playa! The seasons are definitely changing as the temp is coming in at a brisk 48 degrees but the sky is clear and so is the path to a glide-able morning. Both spots are working to a point (one more than the other and it's a little sea-sick out there as well) so slather on the rubber and have yourself a slide.

CHANNEL:  Waist to waist (+) over the outside Middle Bar. The tide is at slack as I write this but we have another whopper of a high tide coming up to push things back into the Channel proper.... maybe the Mali-Bo bar will be working before then? Right now four (4) humanoids are on logs chopping wood on that left.

PATCH:  Still have thigh (+/-) high lines coming in here again this morning but they are a bit slow. Some break while others do the Houdini and vanish into the brine. Obviously, the axe to swing today will be the Fatty Arbuckle model if you want some purchase here. Be sure to catch it on either side of this incoming high tide too. Nobody here as I write this.

PACK IT IN, PACK IT OUT.  Respect the Beach.

TIDES:

LOW:  7:47 am  2.3'
