Daily Surf Report - 10/3/2013

Inspirational crystal quote of the day:
"I can live for two months on a good compliment " - Mark Twain

Sunny and crystal clear this morning with sparkling water like diamonds.  Almost too bright to see on this glorious Fall day.  Temp coming in at 50F and E winds moderate to stiff giving us that offshore spray and raining crystalline drops off the backs of waves. The last gasps of swell are out there and longboards will find waves today.

CHANNEL:  Sunny and near blinding in the Channel with a few rollers here, there and everywhere.  Small waves in the thigh / waist size and not organized but clean.  About 8 loggers out there now getting a few and there are waves to ride if you are into that type of thing.  Grab some foam + wax and enjoy the beautiful day at the beach.

PATCH: Almost flat but occasional ankle to knee snappers on the inside that will get the log moving in the right direction.  Tide is filling in so Patch is flattening out but there is peace and solitude here and that is quite nice.
