Daily Surf Report - 6/9/2011

2:00pm Update:
Sun is out and winds are lighter. Ocean still textured but there are waves to be had.

Foggy morning with South winds today in Bolinas. Hopefully will burn off by noon. Current temp is 53F. Water is now textured and waves are a bit knocked down by the wind.

Channel: Still breaking in the waist high range. Lefts off the Groin bar. Not as smooth as the past 2 days but it is surfable. 2 surfers in the water here.

Patch: Working on the far outside this morning. Waves in the waist high range and also textured today. Longboards in the water catching waves.

We have new locally shaped SK8 Hand Planes in the shop made from recycled skateboards. Pair it with a set of Churchill fins and you will always have a smile on your face after your session. Each plane is unique and has individual signed artwork. Come by the shop and check them out. Makes a great gift for the surfer in the family.

Just a reminder to pack your trash!!! PACK IT IN, PACK IT OUT. Respect the Beach.
