Daily Surf Report - 6/7/2011

Closing at 4:00

3:30 Update. Still sunny, temps around 75 degrees. Mild wind. South swell working its magic. Clean breaks in the far out side patch. Working in the channel as well. Should be a great afternoon for some surf.

Finally Sunshine!,

A beautiful sunny day here in Bolinas this morning. There is little wind, that has picked up since this morning, with a south swell showing. Glassy water. An overall perfect day for the beach.

Channel: Breaking in the waist high range. Should improve with the incoming tide.

Boat ramp: There may be waves to be had here as well when the tide fills in.

Patch: This is the place to surf this morning. Working all over the patch. Waist +, clean breaking waves. A great day for longboarders.

We have new locally shaped SK8 Hand Planes in the shop made from recycled skateboards. Pair it with a set of Churchill fins and you will always have a smile on your face after your session. Each plane is unique and has individual signed artwork. Come by the shop and check them out. Makes a great gift for the surfer in the family.

Just a reminder to pack your trash!!! PACK IT IN, PACK IT OUT. Respect the Beach.
