With nothing but determination and free will, the 6am starters got the worm, for today is the day where the early risers, ocean dwellers and go-getters find themselves content and alive. With the high tide early this morning, the NW / S swell combination, and the beautiful 53F weather with only the altocumulus clouds in sight you bet your bottom dollars that the sooner you're out and about the better.

CHANNEL: Calm, flat and high seems to be the course of today; with rising sand levels it seems possible that today is the day to finally climb that wall and stand atop your fears or rather float into the abyss of your minds.



PATCH:  To those non-existent tourists whom scan the Bolinas beach early in the morning it seems as if the seals have come out to play; however, to the locals we know that it is the call of the salt water that brings the early risers out to play this morning. For those looking to play, today is your day and the patch is your friend.

If you are in need of a new suit or board now is a great time to shop. We have all the gear for your cold water surfing needs.
