Daily Surf Report - 8/20/2016

Inspirational Quote of the Day:
"
Control your own destiny or someone else will." - Jack Welch

Sources of energy from briny depths have graced our shores.  A decided uptick in wave count and mood has turned frowns upside down and inside out.  Suits still damp from last night's session are pulled over aching joints and wounded knees as participants attempt to inject further stoke into their day.  A limiting caveat to be aware of - the very low tide is doing no favors this morning.

CHA
NNEL: An approaching minus tide be damned as the procession makes its way towards the signal pole for assessments.  Que bonita es la manana?  Still and calm and warm and wonderful yet lacking the water to make things crank.  In an observational respect one can walk out as far as the horizon in search of what is missing in your life.

PATCH:  Essentially a rock garden with minor right spinners upon the inner sandy reaches.  The building SW swell will engage best here as water levels rise to a covering degree.  For now there are options that work and others that won't.  Please choose wisely.
