Daily Surf Report - 8/2/2015

Inspirational Quote Of The Day:
"Look deep into nature, and then you will understand everything better."
- Albert Einstein

Things starting off slowly today as the swell is fading and unseen as are visions of great surf. Grey skies and mist join us and keep us chilly company. Although the thermometer tells us otherwise at 64F. We are hoping for a brighter day but it may never come.  Hopes and dreams keep us company on this grey and solemn Sunday.

CHANNEL:  Too much sand! Low tide had the channel exposed and the beach extended. Lots of room to move around on the beach but not as much in the water. Shallow patches may have you stuck. No surf here.

PATCH:  If you are willing to play a good game of rock dodging- this is the place for you. Low tide showing off its pointy friends who do not play well with others. A few gather a ways out in hopes for something worth standing on. Logs only. No sign of anything bigger than knee high. Wait until tide fills.

PACK IT IN. PACK IT OUT.
Respect the Beach

TIDE:

LOW: 7:26 AM  -0.7'

HIGH: 2:24 PM  5.7'

LOW: 7:43 PM  1.7'
