Daily Surf Report - 8/18/2015

Inspirational Quote Of The Day:

"A great pleasure in life is doing what people say you cannot do." - Walter Bagehot

Heavy gloom and low clouds as the fog has returned conditions to their natural order. The zephyrs reek havoc upon small seas at this early hour, as whitecaps and chaos leave one searching for meaning. The line-up is thin should you want to climb in, though you may find the current offerings bland and tasteless. Low water levels need more spice to make the dish palatable.

CHANNEL:  A six-pack of the black clad attempt to make mountains from the small hillsides on tap currently. Inconsistent at best, delusional at worst, the determined push blindly forward. Expanses of sand, as the marker acts as road sign and mirage. Though shapes are visible, they lack form or substance, and beg inquiries on the nature of reality and things taken for granted.

PATCH:  An empty patch speaks a thousand volumes, as even the tribe o' the paddles has given in and given up. Solitary and uninviting rocks protrude from frothy seas and act as warning, not the siren's call. As is so often the case, an increase on tidal push should present shadow and filigree, but the hours dictate the day's possibilities...

PACK IT IN. PACK IT OUT.
