Daily Surf Report - 7/3/2015

Inspirational Crystal Quote Of The Day:
"I like crazy people, especially those who don't see the risk." - John Lydon

A deep calm settles over the village as we greet the morning and an unwelcome mugginess. Currently 60 degrees with a rising mercury and rising seas. Though current activity levels leave much to be desired, parking is already at a premium, and will remain that way all weekend. Though the ocean tells so many of us what we already know, it appears the message is not finding purchase in the minds of the determined and disturbed this fine day. Though the holiday vibe is upon us, a swell is not, so know which experience you seek, and find it justly.

CHANNEL:  Islands in the stream. That is what we are. As a lone figure in black bobs amongst the pelicans, the only puzzlement is why. Spiral jetty vectors as large patches of sand are all that is visible. Though higher water levels may hold potential, only time will tell.

PATCH:  A barren patch at this early hour should speak volumes to those who hear the true word. A quality calm and a manufactured stillness are what one finds available. A true test of timing and will is what you will find on tap. Fancy a pint?
