Daily Surf Report - 12/9/2012

Another gorgeous morning out here everybody! A little chilly at 47 degrees but the sun is shining and will hopefully warm things up soon... Not a whole lot of surf going on but if you're around, the water is warmer than the air temp, which could demand a little swim if you're enticed. We have a windswell knocking around some little peaks here and there, and not a breath of wind creating some very glassy conditions, but not much in the way of waves.

CHANNEL: wind swell nuggets, and only one surfer and one SUPer on it, navigating the massive rip tide flowing from the lagoon, waves knocking around in the knee high range.

PATCH: the place to be this morning, waves slipping through in the knee high range with about four loggers jamming it out. Get on it quick before the tide sucking out reveals the whole reef and shuts it down!

We still have a few open spots in our next Intermediate Surf Clinic happening on Saturday 12/15/2012. All the details are HERE and signups are online through our schedule.

Just a reminder to pack your trash!!!
