Hi, welcome to the last day of June. It's sunny and almost 60 degrees already. The wind has picked up as of later this morning to some pretty strong side shore gusts.

Surf is glassy and very small with the swell being 1-2 feet from the S/W. We see knee high sets over toward the seadrift side. The channel and patch are ankle to shin high right now with just a few SUP boards out there. As the tide fills it it may pick up and I'll leave updates here with any changes. Good beginner day, bring that longest board again.

Tides:
Low 8:40 am -0.2'
High 3:57 pm 4.8'
Low 9:08 pm 2.7'

We are now open daily from 9am - 6pm for our summer hours through October. Come by to rent if you need gear. We have a full selection of suits, boots, boards and SUPs to rent every day and are only 522 steps to the beach.

Come by the shop to check our new inventory of boards and wetsuits. If you are looking for a fish or longboard for summer we have a nice selection. Come by to check out our new run of clothing from Ando & Friends, HippyTree, Carve and Singlefin.
