Daily Surf Report - 6/12/2010

Sun is just starting to come up over the mountains. Temps are already warm and the wind is very light and offshore. No better place to be than the beach this weekend.

Dying South swell and NW windswell producing small waves in the knee high size.

The Groin / Channel is currently the best spot as the surf is coming in smooth but small. Great day to bring the family or rent a board and practice. A longboard is still your best option.

The Patch is very small due to the negative low tide. Should improve as the tide fills in throughout the day.

Tides:
6:11 am - LOW -1.5'
1:37 pm - HIGH 4.5'
5:46 pm - LOW 2.9'

We are now open daily from 9am - 6pm for our summer hours through October. Come by to rent if you need gear. We have a full selection of suits, boots, boards and SUPs to rent every day and are only 522 steps to the beach.

The last of our fall inventory of used suits and boards are still for sale at low prices while we re-stock for spring and summer. Foamie and epoxy boards must go to make way for new boards. We have sizes available from 7'10" up to 10'2".

Come by the shop to check our new inventory of boards and wetsuits. If you are looking for a fish or longboard for summer we have a nice selection. We also have our new run of clothing from Ando & Friends, HippyTree and Carve
