Daily Surf Report - 1/14/2017

Inspirational Quote of the Day:

"You may be disappointed if you fail, but you are doomed if you don't try." - Beverly Sills

A fully flushed sun mingles with frosty temps and now seeks to melt ice and provide thermal heat.  A morning to pause to take in your surroundings and determine what it is you truly value.  Might be time to take a trip in the Wayback Machine.  36F briskness outside seems to dissolve as you enter waters positively balmy at 53F.  Again the winds stay withdrawn and absent.  Will remain dry through Monday then all bets are off.  A moderate mix of NW and S swells combine to erect wave flow for all our enjoyment.  A smooth ocean surface adds to the mellow vibes and morning slides.

CHANNEL: Mostly a waiting and debating game with episodic splashing. Aligned within the Channel and along the Groin wall - featureless rights make a slow delivery for the bobbing cluster. Tide levels remain adequate and pushing higher. A swamped situation will not improve the progression.

PATCH:

Frozen feet on a winter street, man that ain't your fate,
Greased in the sun, California fun, man that's more my style.
Inside rights with open secrets to share.
