Daily Surf Report - 2/12/2016

Inspirational Quote of the Day:
"Time and tide wait for no man." - Geoffrey Chaucer

A chill in the air as temps dip into the mid 40s and a palpable buzz is felt.  While true titans do battle to the south those in seek of challenges met and yet unconquered stream live in real time and fill parking to the tipping point.  Buoy readings demand your attention and respect as they heave hefty numbers and lofty goals upon some shores.  Much energy is among the deep though low morning tides have things broken up and erratic with most waves being un-encumbered.

CHANNEL: Salty spray as many make their way to find a wide open field filled with combers seeking solid surfaces upon which to display harmonic oscillation.  Current amplitude and phase leave most desiring more as water levels have dropped to less than optimum.  Swell vectors are in alignment for further propagation though consequence will require time to pass and tide to fill.

PATCH: Still getting a slight jolt of juice from the S swell in play yet wave boundaries are indistinct and generally mal-formed.  A rather fluid situation as glimmers of stoke cause many to stroke forth pursuing proper positioning upon uneven seas.  There are slides to be had but far from the trappings of lore or expectations based on computerized swell models.
