Daily Surf Report - 12/30/2015

Inspirational Quote Of The Day:
"The biggest problem with every art is by the use of appearance to create a loftier reality." - Johann Wolfgang Von Goethe

Winter has clearly settled in for the morning as temps hover around the icicle line.  A zen-like stillness hangs over the village like the cloud cover. A determined minimalism dominates both parking areas and the breakers, and it seems the young Americans that have been such a factor in recent days have wisely chosen to sleep in.  Hot tea and hot towels may be the perfect prescription today, as a slider's menu offerings may be meager.

CHANNEL:  The unusual sight of exposed sand and an area resembling an actual beach greets one's gaze at low tide. A single sentinel seeks solace amongst calm waters. A quiet place to reflect upon the year's passing, yes, but hardly shapes of quality.

PATCH: The usual faces going through SUP paces as fair-to-midland shapes are all that's revealed  at this early hour. Look towards the future and focus on spinal alignment as the day ahead will require the hunter's eye and the sniper's  patience.
