Daily Surf Report - 2/17/2015

Inspirational Crystal Quote Of The Day:
"Either move or be moved." - Ezra Pound

A chilly mist hangs over the village this morning, as light onshore breezes blow up the avenues and the thermometer seems stuck at 55 degrees. A quiet desperation hangs over the boat ramp as eyes scan the horizon for shadows and movement. Alas, as of now, the sea reveals very little, and tells even less. There is reason for some ray of hope, as less water may benefit our shoreline, but that remains to be seen. The morning should be spent with classic literature, an adored companion, and good tea...

CHANNEL:  Less like an ocean, and more like a moat...Little activity of merit is seen, and as we approach peak tide, water levels are too high for even the most needy of sliders to be out and about.

PATCH:  As is becoming a trend, this may be the only possibility this fine day. As the water recedes into the luncheon hour, shapes of some variety should be seen, but observe with care, as the window for sliding may be small today. Check the charts with a full heart and optimistic eye...
