Daily Surf Report - 2/16/2015

Inspirational Crystal Quote Of The Day:

"If you can talk brilliantly about a problem, it can create the consoling illusion that it has been mastered." - Stanley Kubrick

Another day in paradise as we find a clear 50 degrees with minimal SW winds blowing through town. Currently conditions reveal too much water and not enough power, as if after a winter storm. Small and inconsistent rollers are being observed, and intermittently ridden, but currently the offerings are few and far between. However, as the waters recede as the morning develops, offerings may be more plentiful.

CHANNEL: A few soldiers in the army of SUPs are making something from nothing on the far side of the pole this AM, but the only loggers were observed making their way towards the shore using only swinging arms and shoulders. Knee-high mellowness mixed with far too much H2O makes for patient observation.

PATCH:  Our beloved patch does hold more possibilities this morning and as the day continues, as a baker's dozen of logs and SUPs are out and about. Though not much in height, the rollers are holding shape nicely, and long rides are being taken. Keep a close watch on the patch, as she should remain solid, if short in stature.

PACK IT IN. PACK IT OUT.
