Daily Surf Report - 4/7/2013

MARTY!!!
It's a case of the Monday's weather wise again, but the swell is still holding pretty well.  Rain, drizzle, fog, it's all here as well your 50 best friends, already in the water.  Glassy like conditions despite the light SW winds onshore, so get it while you can.  Surf in both locations today, and some rides generating the 1.21 Gigawatts that make time travel possible.  All variety of boards and non-boards should be cruising out there today.  Save the clock tower.

CHANNEL: surf still grinding through from boat ramp to seadrift.  About 8 guys in the water on a mixed bag of equipment, and pieces and parts of waves are sectioning through here and there, with the occasional rewarding shoulder or section.  In about the waist + range, maybe a little bigger on the sets.  Should swamp out at the high tide and then as it turns be grinding on the low, with a strong current.  Get your plutonium together boys and girls, don't get stuck in 1955...

PATCH:  I must've hit my head on the toilet, flux capacitor visions all morning, and some cute little rollers finding their way to the reef at the Patch, with no one taking notice, except the 30 or so people already on it.  Fairly spread out though, and plenty of waves breaking in the waist high region to get your stoke on and generate a little lightning to get you back to 1985.

PACK IT IN, PACK IT OUT. Respect the Beach.
