Daily Surf Report - 9/30/2012

Oompa Loompa, do-ba-dee-doo, I’ve got a perfect puzzle for you. Oompa Loompa, do-ba-dee-dee, If you are wise you’ll listen to me. What do you get when you drop in on me? A stern talking to and a broken knee. Why would you go and paddle for that? When you know I'm gonna make your lip fat! -Ancient Hawaiian Menehune Surf Chant
Lots of sea squirrells in the mist this morning, some swell grinding through and some beautiful weather shaping up. Was foggy and overcast but the sun has risen and is currently burning it off. Air temp is about 54 degrees and the water is warmer than that... Grab a board and get some surf. Lots of people out today so be respectful, share some waves and have a grand ol' time.

CHANNEL: surf is happenin'...a shortboard or fish will work on the sets, and a hbrid, egg or longboard will definitely get you some stoke. Knee to waist high plus on the sets. About 25+ people out. Mind your Ps and Qs and watch out for the leopard sharks!

PATCH: knee to waist, lot's of SUPers and longboards, should improve with the tide push this morning.

Daily Surf Report - 9/29/2012

It is Fall...and the marine layer is here to prove it. Some super glassy conditions out there this morning. Air temp is roughly 54 degrees and not a hint of wind. Some swell coming from the North and the South is comboing up the beaches this morning and hopefully we will have clean playful surf for most of the day. Great day for surfers of all levels out here today, get out there and share some waves.

CHANNEL: still some swell showing, and hopefully building, but the tide coming in is slowing things down a bit. We have about 25 surfers out on the groin this morning, with waves breaking in the knee to waist plus range. Looks to have a little bit of push out there and some shorter boards like a floaty fish or hybrid could work out there, but the majority of surfers are still holding to the logs for longer glidey rides.

PATCH: lots of people out today. About 8 SUPers and 15 longboarders, all mostly sitting on the way way outside. Some little waves coming through every once in a while in the knee to thigh and occasional waist high range. Looks like a big floaty longboard is the call today.

Daily Surf Report - 9/28/2012

Sun coming up over the Marin Hills just a few minutes away as the crow flies. Will be a few hours until it makes an appearance here in Bolinas but when it does it promises to be a beautiful and warm day. We start foggy with very light S winds. A relatively smooth and glassy ocean with some surf as well. A decent crew at both spots alreay this morning. Temp is currently 53 degrees and we saw up to 71F yesterday. High pressure system is on tap and warm temps are predicted into the weekend. A great day to hit the beach and catch a few waves for all levels of surfer.

CHANNEL: We have waves that are about waist high rolling through the Channel this morning. Peaks anywhere from the inside Groin bar to Sea Drift with surf thigh to waist in size depending on the spot. Bring a longboard and sit outside or catch the dumpy lefts inside on something smaller. Already about 12 in the water and spread out.

PATCH: A thick crew of about 20 in the Patch on logs and SUPs. Showing some south swell so that entails a waiting period for sets to roll through. Thigh to waist high waves when they come then get to know your fellow surfer sitting next to you in the water while you wait for the next group of waves. Sit a bit inside like Jack and catch the waist high rights as the tide fills in. Bring a log / get some waves.

Daily Surf Report - 9/27/2012

Hello and good morning to all of you mid-week surfers! It's a foggy, gray morning and the temp is currently at 53 degrees. High pressure system is on tap and the sun is expected to show up later today with warm temps into the weekend. There is still some swell energy left in the ocean today. Relatively smooth ocean with very little wind this morning. Still rideable but best on a longboard today.

CHANNEL: Still have waves that are almost waist high rolling through the Channel this morning. Random peaks popping up due to the westerly swell direction. There is something worth paddling out for at Sea Drift, the Middle Bar and the Groin Pole this morning. Bring a log or any old floaty thing you may glide upon. 8 surfers spread out in the lineup catching waves already.

PATCH: Thigh high rollers breaking at the Patch. Not much energy there right now but it's always fun and worth a look at the Patch. Bring the big single-fin and glide upon the smoothness that exists there. 2 humans there right now out around the meeting rock.

Daily Surf Report - 9/26/2012

Hello and a wonderful goodmorning to all of you water gliders! It's a battleship gray morning and the temp is currently bobbing around at 54 degrees. The sun came out for a cup of coffee yesterday afternoon but only for a minute and then it pulled the cloud cover over itself and went back to sleep. Must of been Decaf. Hopefully the sun will stick around today...if it shows at all. Oh, right...surf stuff. There is still some energy left in the ocean as well. A little textutre on the H2O as a wind is blowing from the South East. Come on out with a sizable plank and have a good glide.

CHANNEL: Still have a waist to-an-occasional chest high (set wave) rolling through the Channel this morning. Looks to be that Sea Drift, the Middle Bar and the Groin Pole all have a Muddy Waters Mojo working. Bring a log or any old floaty thing you may glide upon. Seven lumberjacks and two janitors out there right now chopping wood and cleaning up.

PATCH: Thigh high rollers sleepily churning across the middle of the Clam Patch. Not a heck of a lot of energy there right now but it's fun for working on that footwork or practicing those Phil Edwards knee-drop cut backs. Five humans there right now gliding the blues away.

Daily Surf Report - 9/25/2012

2012 NL WEST CHAMPIONS

Attention! We will be closing early tonight at 5PM!

Aloha citizens of the oceanic kingdom! So far the morning has the gray overcoat on with a side of marine layer. It is currently 54 degrees and we hope to see the sun later today (we didn't yesterday). Still have a bit of that bump in the water and it has cleaned up a bit too. Eggs and planks are probably the wisest choise for today's aqua endeavores.

CHANNEL: It looks to be about waist + today in Le Channel (that's French for the Channel) and it isn't quite as confused as yesterday morning. Big-ish boards will, in all liklihood give one the best hydrodynamic experience here this morning. Patience is what works here best. Remember; Even a blind squirrel finds an acorn every now and again. There are already about 15 explorers investigating this truism as I write this.

PATCH: Waist high rollers are marching through at sporatic intervals and they are right smack dab in the middle of the Clam Patch. The tide is rising and that can effect the swell here BUT the tide will also receed...Tote along your Bruddah Iz signature log and glide the hazy-fog morning away!

Daily Surf Report - 9/24/2012

2012 NL WEST CHAMPIONS

UPDATE: Though it's still a bit unorganized out there reliable reports have said that the surf has cleaned up a smidge...however, the surf is now slower and in the case of the Channel, it seems to be closing-out a bit more. take this for what it's worth. Also, we will be closing today at 4:30PM.

Good morning and happy Monday to all of you aqua scallywags! It's most definitely a Led Zeppelin morning as the ocean is quite dazed and confused. What with a big(-ish) swell with super short pulses, blustery wind and cross-swells you know that adds up to a huge, jumbled mess! Of course, that's not keeping folks from mingling in it all. It's overcast and a bit misty now but perhaps that sun will make a fashionable but not-too-late appearance sometime today.

CHANNEL: Waist to shoulder high surf with that 'Victory-at-Sea' mix that's crumbly/close-out sort of stuff that's steaming in one-on-top-of-another. About 10 folks out there now just holding on. Maybe when the tide changes...? You better be in shape and have some paddling chops this morning, peeps!

PATCH: Waist to an occasional chest high wave breaking....well, everywhere. None of it is clean as it's pretty much the same scenario as at the Channel (Victory-at-Sea) only it's the Patch version. About 4 folks giving it a go. Maybe later when the tide changes it'll clean up?

Daily Surf Report - 9/23/2012

2012 NL WEST CHAMPIONS

A little fog keeping things on the down low. The haze is misting through, shrouding the super clean conditions out there. Sun poking it's head out here and there, we should see it burn off soon, hopefully...not too much swell out there but plenty of people making there way out into the water, a great beginner day.

CHANNEL: tons of surfers out enjoying the warm water and clean conditions. Not much swell but there are bits and pieces here and there. Some shin to knee and occasional thigh high rollers coming through. ABout 15 longboarders on it and a few SUPers. Super glassy, grab your biggest floaty board and catch some cruisers.

PATCH: not much going on currently, double over flea out there...waves, when they do come, are only about ankle to shin slappers on the inside. No one currently out.

Daily Surf Report - 9/22/2012

Another awesome misty sunrise morning here in Bo. About 50 degrees and glassy, plenty of surfers out there doing their thing with the dwindling swell. The water is warm and it is a great beginner day! Birds are chirping, surf is breaking and surfers are reading entrepreneurial wish wash on their tailgates, stocks are rising and falling, as the tides ebbs and flows, should be a superfragilisticespialadocious day!!!

CHANNEL: lots of people out this morning, and some little skippers coming through. The tide was a little too high earlier but there are some fun little grinders poking their way through. Currently about 15 people on it, a mixed batch of SUPs and longboards, eat your wheaties and get on it. Waves about shin to knee and maybe waist, a few double to triple over unicorn, maybe not the whole horn, but at least solid double over pegasus! Snag your favorite mythical beast destroyer and shred sled away into the morning bliss. There was a surly guy walking back holding Dennis the Menace's ear, so beware the gatekeeper...

PATCH: one guy currently way out, not much going on, some little triple over shamrock dredgers on the inside rock. Grab your shalaylee and snag some wee grinders, and don't forget your lucky charms!

Daily Surf Report - 9/21/2012

3 is the Magic Number

Beautiful, sunny, calm and 50F to start the morning. Expect another warm day in the low 70s and that pattern should continue through the weekend. Still have a bit of the south in the water and rideable surf today. Not as consistent as yesterday but still enough energy to get your board moving.

CHANNEL: Tide bottoming out then starting to fil in and there are small but clean waves at both bars today. Inside Groin bar is Egg-able, Simmons-ish and longboardable. Breaking waves that are thigh + to almost waist high. A little waiting period but still waves to be had. Deeper Channel bar wave is better today and clean in the waist high size. Some hold up to the inside and some have sections to navigate. Is fun and smooth with aboout 12 of the usuals suspects in the water + seals.

PATCH: The Patch has a small right working in the knee to thigh high size. Still great for the big log, SUP or kayak. About 8 in the lineup right now. Great place to learn or practice today as the wave is rideable and the tide is coming in.

Daily Surf Report - 9/20/2012

Already sunny with a brisk morning temp of 51F. Should be rapidly warming throughout the day. No wind and a smooth ocean with surf to ride as well. Small bit of south and some NW windswell comboing up to give us a few waves today. The sun is out so make it a beach day.

CHANNEL: Tide filling in and there is a nice left at the Groin bar that is consistenly breaking waist high. Lots of rides to be had and if you have a longboard or egg your are on it. Plenty to go around and about 8 in the water. Deeper Channel wave working as well in the thigh to waist high size but not as clean today. Looks fun and smooth.

PATCH: The Patch has a small right working in the knee to thigh high size. Great for the big log but an empty lineup right now. Great place to learn or practice today as the wave is rideable and the tide is coming in.

Daily Surf Report - 9/18/2012

Update; We will be closing today at 5PM!
Good day to all of you sea fairing types. So, it's a bit overcast and about 55 degrees but things look promising. It's should get to be in the low 70's later today and the surf looks okay. There is most definitely a wave to glide in the water BUT that wind is picking up a little too. Still, it's a great day to rent gear and learn to surf

CHANNEL: Tide is low right now but is incoming like artillery in WWII. A waist + left is breaking fairly clean on the Middle bar and peeling left like a late summer sunburn towards the Boat Ramp. The wind has put a five 'o clock shadow of texture on the water surface but nothing to get your undies in a bunch for. Four intrepid souls enjoying the delights of Indian Summer.

PATCH: Not quite yet but in a while the good 'ol Patch should yield a fun little log-able wave. Tide is still a little like a 1946 dropped, chopped and channeled Chevy Fleetside...low and slow.

Play a little Jimi today as this day marks 42 years of Mr. Hendrix' demise.

Just a reminder to pack your trash!!!

Daily Surf Report - 9/17/2012

Good morning water wranglers. It's Monday and it's overcast and about 56 degrees, however it should heat up and be sunny a bit later today. Surf.... well, it's about as small as a Wall Street Bankers heart out there. Okay, not THAT small but it's in the knee high range. With the tide coming back up right now this all could change for the better. Hey, at least it's glassy! Big boards = big fun! A great beginner day to rent gear and learn to surf

CHANNEL: Waves in the knee high (shoulder high to an Ewok) breaking on the Middle bar and peeling left like a banana towards ye olde Boat ramp. It's glassy enough to cut you. Loggy Log Log is the call. Four (4) humanoids there right now.

PATCH: Knee high rights COULD be breaking here now but they aren't. The rocks are exposing themselves more than a pervert at Golden Gate Park right now. The tide is turning and rolling on up like a car load of cholos, so this may be the spot a little later this morning. The dynamic janitorial duo of Frank & Russ are way, way out in Green/Africa. They'll be here all week, folks. Tip the waitress and try the vagan (gluten free) veal.

Daily Surf Report - 9/16/2012

Congratulations to Rik and Ginger who set a new personal best for distance traveled via walking. Keep up the good work.

We start the day overcast and cool with current morning temp of 53F. No wind and sun will be out by mid morning. Temps hit 72F yesterday and the same is expected today. A smooth and glassy ocean with small surf greets us to start the day in Bolinas.

The surf is very small today. South swell on the buoys is very steep and showing just a little bit. Tide filling in should help as it turned on for a bit yesterday. A great beginner day to rent gear and learn to surf.

CHANNEL: Waves in the knee to possibly thigh high size breaking on the Channel bar. Lefts that will hold up but will be best surfed on a big longboard today. Nothing happening at the Groin bar right now. Leave the fish and shortboard at home, grab a log and get a few waves.

PATCH: Knee high rights on the inside. Needs more water to cover the rocks but should work better as there is a small South in the water. Waiting period as per usual but rideable waves are out there. Break out the big log to catch these waves today.

Just a reminder to pack your trash!!! PACK IT IN, PACK IT OUT. Respect the Beach.

Daily Surf Report - 9/15/2012

Overcast with sun starting to break through the clouds and a current temp of 55F. Windless again with inland temps into the low 90s and 70s predicted at the beach. Another smooth and glassy ocean to start the day in Bolinas with small but rideable longboard surf.

The surf is small but but clean today. Tide filling in may help a bit more but there are waves to ride in town. Also, a great beginner day to rent gear and learn to surf.

CHANNEL: Waves in the thigh to almost waist high size breaking on the inside Channel bar. Smooth lefts that roll along and are best surfed on a longboard today. Still a few small waves on the inner Groin bar but they are short, fast and not holding up as well. Longboard is the call in the Channel for best results.

PATCH: Current empty lineup. Smooth and glassy rights in the knee high + size. Incoming tide covering the rocks and some glide-able waves to be surfed. Break out the big log to catch these waves today.

Daily Surf Report - 9/14/2012

11:00am and the SUN is out and shining bright. Temp up to 65F.

Overcast and calm with temp currently 57F. Smooth and glassy ocean to start the day with a slight uptick in quality as well. Sun made an early appearance yesterday and hoping for the same today. Should burn soon and be warm this afternoon.

The surf is small but but clean and looks more rideable today. Tide filling in may help a bit more but there are waves to ride in town. Also, a great beginner day to rent gear and learn to surf.

CHANNEL: Waves in the upper thigh to waist high size breaking on the inner Channel. Smooth lefts that roll along and are best surfed on a longboard today. A few waves on the inner Groin bar but they are short and not holding up as well. Longboard is the call in the Channel for best results.

PATCH: Working better today with SUPs on the north end and longboarders on the south side. Smooth and glassy rights in the thigh high + size. Incoming tide covering the rocks and some glide-able waves to be surfed. Still breaking a bit on the inside, good for the big log as it is smooth and glassy.

Daily Surf Report - 9/13/2012

Early appearance by the SUN at 10:45am. Temp is now 62F.

Fog and overcast - YES. Wind - NO. Cool at 55F but a glassy ocean to start the day. Should burn off and be sunny by noon-ish again today.
The surf is small but seems to have a bit more push on the inside today. Incoming tide may help a bit more but there are a few waves to ride. Great beginner day as both lineups are empty.

CHANNEL: Small waves hitting the inner Groin bar and inside Channel bar that are rideable and almost waist high. They are short and fast but you can make a drop / turn and go. Longboard is the call in the Channel but smaller boards will work on the inner Groin wave. Might be best with a handplane, surf mat or boogie board today. No one in the water yet.

PATCH: Same as the Channel only smaller. Small but rideable rights again on the inside portion of the Channel. Good for the big log as it is smooth and glassy. Empty lineup as well.

Daily Surf Report - 9/12/2012

Buenas dias, Vaqueros de las olas! It's overcast and a bit chilly outside as it's currently 57 degrees. Again, this should all be temporary as by noon-time it should clear right up faster than your acne when you were 15. The surf is small and sloppy. Hopefully with the tide change and all it might just change for the better. If any changes do occur throughout the day, please check back here for an update!

CHANNEL: Small, crumbling undulations about knee high to a Boweevil are slinking along right on the inside of the middle bar and in front of the Groin Pole. No one is there right now.

PATCH: Same as the Channel only smaller. Maybe later today with the tide shift. One SUP and one longboard out there dreaming of something bigger and better I'm sure.

Daily Surf Report - 9/11/2012

Good morning water people! Once again there is a marine layer thicker than Biggie Smalls hanging over the town. It's also a bit chilly outside as it's currently 55 degrees but all of this should be going away by noon-time just as it did yesterday. As for the surf...well, it's still microscopic out there but maybe, MAYBE if we all focus our energy and rub our Barrett Gentz certified crystals we could see wave improvement later today. If any changes do occur throughout the day, please check back here for an update!

Also; Maybe take a minute or so today to remember the people who past away and those who risked their lives in NYC on this day eleven years ago.

CHANNEL: Small surf in the Lollipop Guild size. Shin splitters are drooling along right in front of the Groin Pole. Two hopeful souls on big boards there now.

PATCH: Fah-Lat! Maybe later? I dunno. This spot can (and does) kick start with a sputter later in the day. Maybe today?

Daily Surf Report - 9/10/2012

UPDATE! There is sun out and it's currently 79 degrees. Although there is still a slight onshore breeze reports have the Channel breaking at about waist high.

Happy Monday surfboard riding people. It's a little gray and chilly outside with a guaze-like layer of fog blanketing the Western part of the County. Currently it's 54 degrees but it should be warming up throughout the day. A Lot of sand has returned onto the beach as the pilings and such in front of the Airplane House are gone. It's pretty darn small out there right now and it's co-mingling with a stiff, on-shore breeze. If any changes do occur throughout the day, please check back here for an update!

CHANNEL: Teeny surf that is coming through is vaugely in the shin high range to occasional knee high on the sets and is breaking sloppily inside of the middle bar. No one here right now.

PATCH: About as flat as a pool table and twice as green. Maybe later? I dunno. Two janitor boards out there right now trying to buff-out the texture from the onshore.

Daily Surf Report - 9/8/2012

Warm, sunny and dead calm conditions. Small, smooth and glassy ocean. Log it if you want or just come enjoy a day at the beach. Utterly, epically, beautiful morning in Bolinas with nice weather on tap for a while to come. Current temp is 57F. Mid to high tide all day so not much if any beach sand today. Be careful getting around the seawall and rocks. Still a great day for beginners to learn to surf or the more experienced to work on the cross-step or hang ten.

CHANNEL: Glassy little left hand reelers, in about the thigh to maybe waist high range. On the inner bar and a little fast but make a quick drop and go. Outside bar has some waiting period but there are rideable longboard waves to be had. 5 longboarders on it, looks fun on a big floaty board or something a bit smaller on the inside.

PATCH: Glassy and small little peelers on the inside. Nice rights that hold up. Going thigh high + in size. Plenty of water so that is the spot to get in on your big board. Outside is scattered peaks that mush out but there are some waves to be ridden. One lone longboard on it way way out the back.

Blues skies grey eyes and small glassy surf. The sun is out and it looks to be a beautiful beach day out here today. Great for logjammers and beginners.

Channel: glassy little left hand reelers, in about the knee to maybe waist high range. Only three longboarders on it, looks fun on a big floaty board.

Daily Surf Report - 9/6/2012

The South swell is gone and it is relatively flat today. Calm and windless, sunny and warming with a current temp of 57F. Super smooth and glassy ocean with 2 lonely longboarders in the water but very small waves today. Bring something big or come rent and learn to surf!

Channel: Again, all glass and no wind! Knee to thigh high and intermittent at the middle bar. Looks a bit more consistent at the deeper Channel bar and maybe thigh high +/-. Smooth lefts when they come. Longboards only if you want to catch waves.

Patch: Glassy but really, really small. On the north end is a wave breaking that looks to be thigh high +. On the way but not all the to Green/Africa. Logs.... the bigger the better.

Daily Surf Report - 9/5/2012

Happy "Hump Day" to all of you water-going creatures! The South swell we had is barely lingering somehwere out there in the witness protection program. It's very glassy and no wind for now. The current temp is 55 degrees and it's overcast. You can almost feel and smell Autum in the air. Advice for today; The bigger the craft the better the glide.

Channel: Again, all glass and no wind! Waist + meandering through the middle bar, Groin pole then towards the boat ramp and even Sea Drift looks like it's offering something in the lower/chest high range. Logs are what should be jamming it today. Six (6) longboards out polishing glass right now.

Patch: Glass but really, really small. If Prince were out on his 'Purple Rain' longboard even he'd be crying with the doves on how small it is. One lone SUP paddling all the way past Green/Africa towards Duxbury Reef... Ride, Capatin Ride aboard your mystery ship....

50 year swell we have waited all summer for has arrived. Long period south swell from 195 degrees is here. Surf's Up!

Good morning water people! That South swell is still somewhat around but seems to be fading a bit more. The current temp is 54 degrees and it is a bit foggy. It should burn off later today but we are heading into the time of year where it seems to hang a bit longer. Big Wilt Chamberlin model boards are indeed the steed to ride.

Channel: Glass and no wind! Wasit + high mini barrels rolling through the middle bar, Groin pole towards the boat ramp. It's a floatier board day here. Six (6) lumberjacks on logs falling waves right now.

Patch: It's about waist high here today. Glass and rolling on through...and of course the "logability" is great! One (1) logboard in the Patch and Mary having a "Surfari" in Green/Africa.

Just a reminder to pack your trash!!! PACK IT IN, PACK IT OUT. Respect the Beach.

50 year swell we have waited all summer for has arrived. Long period south swell from 195 degrees is here. Surf's Up!

Aloha all of you surferos de Califas! The South swell is still hanging around to party this morning. The fog is heavier than Bruddah Iz and the current temp is about 55 degrees. Bring whatever you ride from hand planes to SUP's and all point in-between as there is most certainly something for everyone.

Channel: Wasit + with occasional shoulder high spinners. There is a little texture on the water as there is also an ever-so-slight onshore breeze trying to whistle a Bowie tune. Fish, Mini-Simmons or a log will get your mojo working fo' sho'!

Patch: It's about waist+ out here today. A bit of texture on the H2O but the "logability" is great! A log in the fog is what the doctor ordered.

50 year swell we have waited all summer for has arrived. Long period south swell from 195 degrees is here. Surf's Up!

Packed parking lot and misty haze fog conditions, no wind, and you know that little south is still hanging around. Brave midnite surfers were out last nite with glow sticks and mai tais keeping the aloha in the ocean with the moonrise kingdom. Fun waves today for sure, check it out, catch one, watch one, share one. Hopefully some sun later on today.

Channel: knee to waist with shoulder high spinners, 8-10 on it and plenty more walking down and suiting up. Ride a fish, an egg or a log and enjoy.

Patch: janitors cleaning up the line up out there, sweeping the waves for ya! Plenty of sick lines reeling through in the solid waist to chest high range, definitely pack a yer big board and get some tip time, the best of students may have watched Log Jammers last nite, fix yer cable and get some.

50 year swell we have waited all summer for has arrived. Long period south swell from 195 degrees is here. Surf's Up!

Slightly overcast morning with small patches of clearing sky. Lots of wildlife out and about - fox, deer, bobcat, jack rabbit, seals. Keep your eyes open and tread lightly. Current temp is 56F and wind is light and E/NE. Crowded town already with limited parking and a rapidly filling ocean line up. Plenty of surf to ride for all levels of experience today.

Channel: Low tide / No tide but on the way up. Shallow bottom with exposed sandbars. There are waves in the thigh high size. Mostly breaking on the inner Groin bar but needs more water to really pump. Still lots of surfers in the water on all kinds of boards. Incoming tide should give and extra push and swell will be here for a while. Practice good surf etiquette at all times.

Patch: Best spot for this angle swell. Good things come to those that wait. South swells have a bit of a waitning period and then waves come in 10 wave sets. Working north and south portions of the Patch and also at the meeting rock. Should be a clean ocean as there are about 10 janitors sweeping up and everyone else on logs. Plenty of waves in the waist high + range (head high for the Power Mouse) with right and lefts depending on where you are. Some rides all the way to what is left of the beach after all the sand has been eroded. Bring the bigger board as it is still the Patch and although is has some energy today it is still a big burger.
