Daily Surf Report - 5/16/2011

Closing at 2:00

Good morning,

Currently pockets of sun out. Hard to tell if it will rain, although the forecast still calls for it. Should reach the low 60's later in the day. There is an onshore breeze, that is making the water choppy. Not much surfable surf. I'll let you know if conditions improve.

Channel/Groin: Small, around knee high at best.

Patch: Wind swell, not really rideable. No one out at this spot.

We have done some interior and exterior remodeling with the help of local artisans. Come on by to check out the changes and let us know what you think.

We have new locally shaped SK8 Hand Planes in the shop made from recycled skateboards. Pair it with a set of Churchill fins and you will always have a smile on your face after your session. Each plane is unique and has individual signed artwork. Come by the shop and check them out. Makes a great gift for the surfer in the family.

Just a reminder to pack your trash!!! PACK IT IN, PACK IT OUT. Respect the Beach.

Tides:
High: 12:14 am 4.7'
Low: 4:56 pm 1.9'
