Abated winds upon negated shores with high tide on the drain until mid morning.  Still a fairly bullish SW swell meandering around but unable to find adequate purchase upon disordered bottom contours.  Generally untidy offerings to start the day but with the winds taking a break the possibilities are endless.  Temp outside and in the water crack in at 54F.  Skies are mixed but generally cloudy, mostly overcast, spaces of blue and willing to let loose of some rain at times.

CHANNEL: Unconditional mess as both swell direction and sandbar construction are at odds with each other.  The semi-occasional breaker directly in front of the boat ramp has some wall hawkers in contemplative mode.

PATCH: Confounded and hounded by the Calvary Crew in search of enlightenment and sweet slides.  Both may be in slim supply today but the journey and effort is an inspiration to all. Carry on.
