Daily Surf Report - 7/24/2016

Inspirational Quote of the Day:
"Hope at least gives you the option of living." - Harry Nilsson

Gloomy blanket of grey covers this little hamlet as hopes for sunbeams lurks just past the lagoon. A remnant of what was and dreams of what will be is the story of the day. The ocean breathes slowly as she slowly sinks lower till later this morning and the wind wisps from the SE, keeping many along the seawall sipping their morning joe.  A few brave souls have ventured out regardless, paving the way for the rest of us later today.

CHANNEL: Small rollers peeling through the 2 log lineup with just a bit of texture warding off the crowd. Sandbars look to almost be exposed, but don't let that stop you as small lines still roll in

PATCH:
"SUP dude?" remarked the logger snidely as two opposing watercraft fight for what little is on offer. Mostly flat with a wave or two for those who are content to wait. A little more water later today should bring about more hope, though beware of the afternoon winds!
