Daily Surf Report - 5/30/2012

ATTENTION: 2 Mile Surf Shop will be closed all of Wednesday, May 30th.
We are sorry if this makes you bummed at us. Please don't be.
We will be open Thursday the 31st normal hours.

Here is what you can expect in terms of surf:
The weather has been nice, with building winds throughout the day into cool evenings.

Channel: Frequent waist high waves on the incoming high tide, on the inside of the Channel there are some fun long little rides.

Patch: Looked like it could be fun on the high tide too.
The low tide has not been working at either of the spots.

Come by and check out the new art around the shop. Local surfer, shop employee, instructor, and artist Blair Tom has installed some sweet surf totems! Come say a prayer for surf and check out Drew's gumball color explosion Pollack-esque fin installation and Urban's new custom planter boxes with sunflowers and a memorial succulent garden!!!

Just a reminder to pack your trash!!! PACK IT IN, PACK IT OUT. Respect the Beach.

Tides:
High: 7:47 am 3.9'
Low: 1:15 pm 1.1'
High: 8:11 pm 5.8'
