Coastal cloudiness and fog greets us this morning. Temps are mild and wind is calm. Typical weather pattern has the sun coming out by 1 pm with warmer afternoon temps.
Surf in the Patch is thigh high with surfers and SUPs out there. Everyone is catching waves inside of the rock. The Groin and Channel are smaller today. Surf is running in the knee to thigh high range and there are 2 surfers out on longboards.

Daily Surf Report - 7/30/2010
Sun is out and shining bright as of 1pm! Temps are warm and winds are light. Still some small rideable surf at all spots.
Coastal cloudiness / overcast to start the morning. No fog or drizzle but no sun yet. Temps are mild and wind is very light.
Surf in the Patch is knee high with only Stand Up Paddleboarders out there. Most of the rideable surf is inside at the Groin or further outside in the Channel. Surf is running in the thigh high range and there are about 12 - 15 surfers out on longboards.

High - 3:25 pm 5.3'
Low - 9:16 pm 2.1'

Good Morning. Happy Thursday. It is yet another foggy morning here in Bolinas. There is a slight drizzle and little wind. Hopefully the fog will burn off later in the day.
There is not much going on in the Patch this morning but should pick up when the tide comes in. The channel is showing knee to waist high waves, with only a handful of surfers out so far.

High - 2:58 pm 5.2'
Low - 8:29 pm 2.2'

Good afternoon. The fog has burned off and we have sunshine! The wind has picked up a lot.
Small south swell. It looks about 1-2 feet in the patch pretty far outside, and there's not much happening in the channel. The seadrift side is showing some 2' waves. Bring out that longest board and have fun.

Small south swell. We have about 1-2 feet in the channel this morning and there are 3 surfers out there. The patch is not breaking yet and it flat. I will leave an update here this afternoon as I get reports from other surfers.

Good morning everyone, happy Sunday to you.
This morning we have overcast sky's cool temps and a slight breeze out of the NW.
We'll let you know if the sun comes out.
There is some swell in the water, which is currently pretty glassy.
The channel is working nicely with waist high lefts and rights.
It looks fun and should get better as the tide fills in.
The patch isn't working just yet, but that too, should improve,
with the incoming tide.
So come on out! Look's like it'll be a fun day for surfing.
